- Prior to return, ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without it, credit may be withheld.

- Heat Presses, Defective – Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
- Heat Presses, Non-Defective – Return up to thirty (30) days, for unopened, non-defective products in resaleable condition, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.
