- Compatible Ink, Defective – Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
- Products you believe are defective or damaged must have at least 75% remaining contents. InkWave cannot accept claims made for defects if more than 25% of the ink has been utilized.
- Compatible Ink, Non-Defective – Return up to thirty (30) days, for unopened, non-defective products in resaleable condition, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.
