• The Original Box Is Required
  • If a package is sent back in a non-original box without authorization, your shipment may be rejected, shipped back, or charged a restocking fee.
• Prior to return, ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without it, credit may be withheld.

• 8432WT Toners, Defective – Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
  • Products you believe are defective or damaged must have at least 75% remaining contents. DDP cannot accept claims made for defects if more than 25% of the ink has been utilized.
• 8432WT Toners, Non-Defective – Return up to thirty (30) days, for unopened, non-defective products in resaleable condition, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.
