Return Policy for DDP MediaWave Products
- Prior to return, ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without it, credit may be withheld.
- Contact Customer Service at 866-923-9595 to obtain an RMA#.
- MediaWave Products, Defective – Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
- Products you believe are defective or damaged must have at least 75% remaining contents. DDPÂ cannot accept claims made for defects if more than 25% of the product has been utilized.
- MediaWave Products, Non-Defective – Return up to thirty (30) days, for unopened, non-defective products in resaleable condition, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.
